DAWES CUP

This is an inter-federation competition of 80 sheets submitted by 5 members each contributing 16 sheets and representing at least 3 societies in each of the home counties federations (Essex, Kent, Middlesex, Surrey and Sussex). Each year a guest federation is also invited to compete.

The A.E.P.S. fields a team of five to contest each Dawes Cup competition. The Competition Registrar is always pleased to hear from anyone willing to enter and represent the A.E.P.S.

The A.E.P.S. has won the Dawes Cup in 1962, 1967, 1969, 1972, 1976–7, 1982–3, 1985, 1987–9, 1993, 1995.
